As host and channel producer for DailyWebTV.com, and new host to What's UP WebTV.com, Tracy Bezeau does what doesn’t seem like work to her. She meets interesting people and talks with them about everything from kitchen renovations and new homes to beauty treatments and parenting.

Bezeau knew that she was destined for a career in broadcasting but it wasn’t until she became a mom that this career path began to open up for her. The journey began when she founded The Mom Club in Hamilton. It was Bezeau’s craving for adult conversation, some mommy time and an escape from the relentless routine of the house-bound mom that sparked the idea of creating a club for like-minded moms. Pregnant with her second child, Bezeau took the first steps, literally, by organizing a walking group.

Through her website, those steps leaped and bounded and grew to 13 groups including one in British Columbia. Walking facilitates talking and a kind of home-grown therapy that the close-knit communities of days gone by used to take for granted. Bezeau, an event organizer by profession, expanded the mom network to include mom’s nights out, group coffee breaks, events for moms and babies and other social functions.

The success of The Mom Club landed her guest appearances on CHCHTV’s “CH Morning Live” and “CH at Home”. Bezeau was a segment reporter for Hamilton’s Cable 14 show “Linked” which linked moms to their local community. Her voice has been heard on Talk 820 Hamilton, expressing opinions on mom-related topics and as a competitor on 900 CHML’s Talk Show Idol.

She found her place in front of the camera when she joined DailyWebTV.com in April 2009. As a host for DailyWebTV.com and Whats UP WebTV.com, Bezeau is working with local experts to give viewers valuable tips and information through the website’s seven channels. Her audience has expanded from moms to include the entire community.
